Mr. Peter Wallis is the president of Wallis Energy Corporation, Massachusetts, United States. He performed development tasks for projects such as 3.8 MW biomass, 15 MW gas, and 500 MW coal power plants. Tasks include site identification, permitting, grant proposals, financial modeling, bidding power proposals and contract negotiation for sites, fuel and power sales. Prepared proposals and negotiated contracts for >100 MW of demand-side management contracts with utilities such as PG&E, SCE, NYSEG, RG&E, Bangor Hydro, and Bonneville Power. Proposed and implemented key elements of strategy to help a New England energy service company (ESCo) become a national ESCo. Negotiated settlement and testified before the RI PUC to save ratepayers $12 million while increasing utility profits by $1 million. Analysis provided to the NY PSC resulted in a client signing a $19 million utility contract.
